Cozy 66 m² flat on the 3rd floor with breathtaking fjord & mountain views. Only a short 15-20 min walk to Ålesund center . Perfect mix of city life, nature, and comfort. With 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room features a sofa bed with an extra-soft mattress. Enjoy a balcony, TV, air conditioning, and stunning fjord views from the kitchen window. Ideal for a couple, a family with children, or up to 4 guests. Free public parking is available nearby, as well as paid options through the EasyPark app. On weekdays during daytime, you may hear children playing at the nearby kindergarten. Free parking spots are not private; paid parking is available via the EasyPark app. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No smoking inside. Pets are welcome. Bed linen is included.
