I am a third-generation owner. I care deeply about preserving the traditional atmosphere of my grandmother’s — and later my mother’s — house.

Historic atmosphere and unique location by the Trondheimsfjord. Two FREE charging stations for electric vehicles, both with 11 kW charging capacity.

The house is located in the front row facing the sea, surrounded by lush and rural surroundings. Bus 70 generally runs 4 times per hour between Trondheim Airport Værnes and Haugan. The journey takes 23 minutes, and no transfers are needed. Bus 70 also runs 4 times per hour between Trondheim (Olav Tryggvason’s Gate 2) and Haugan.
