Property information

Sheltered and beautifully situated holiday home with large beach plot, for family and sport / hobby fishermen. Final cleaning included. Holiday house with combined living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a wood burning stove, and access to an 84 sqm large terrace. On the covered part of the terrace you can enjoy a good meal. Norwegian / Nordic and German / international TV channels via streaming. Internet for streaming. Two bathrooms. There are 150 cm wide double beds in all rooms, two of the bedrooms have an upper bunk. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Merchant in Torvikbukt approx. 1.5 km. 10 km to Batnafjorsøra with nearest restaurant. Swimming possibilities from sandy beach 1.5 km or in the fjord 30 meters away. 46 km to Molde - jazz and the city of roses. Kristiansund - the town on the islands 48.4km, with fast boat connection to the fishing village Grip. 20 km to Angvik old trading place with restaurant and museum. 15.5 km to Silsetvannet with trout and char. 10.8 km to Batnfjordselva with salmon and sea trout. Remember fishing license. About 15 km to the marked hiking trails on Silsetfjellet. Good sea fishing. Boat for rent: 18 foot Hansvik Fisker 550 Proff with steering console, 50HP Honda engine, GPS / chart plotter / sonar, 8 rod holders. The boat is the marina 1.5 km from the holiday home. Life jackets included when renting a boat. The holiday home is not rented out to youth groups.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
