Hytte med anneks som ligger på en av Ljøsheims beste tomter.
Flott utsikt til Bla Sjusjøen,Snørvillen,Tuva(Ringsakers Høyeste topp),Gjøvik,Rondanes fjelltopper i det fjerne.
Hytta og annekset er ny oppusset og oppgradert inne og ute siste året.
Stor terasse med bålpanne og utsikt.
(VED til bålpannebruk må medbringes av leietager!)
Vann står klart i kanner inne.Etterfylles i kanner på vannpost 100 meter fra hytta.
Det er vann varmer på Badet og enkel dusjmulighet.
Bio toalett innendørs på hytta og vanlig utedo i uthuset ute som er helt nytt i 2024.

Annekset har tre soveplasser.
