"Cozy and practical townhouse with a usable area of 100 m² spread over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room - also with a dining area. The house is well-maintained and well-equipped, with several rooms recently renovated with new parquet flooring throughout the first floor. Outdoors, you will find a large newly built terrace of about 60 m² and a small garden. In the summer, you can enjoy the sun in lounge garden furniture or have your meal outside at an outdoor dining table set where the gas grill is nerby. The house has been newly painted on the exterior, and the entire driveway has been paved with cobblestones. Around the property, there is a dense hedge that provides privacy."

Its a fully equipped house with all the necessary stuff you need in the kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and bedrooms. I rent out my house during periods when I am not at home. In my work, I deal with HR, recruitment, and staffing. In my free time, I am keen on outdoor activities and fishing, and I am also passionately involved in swimming and the local swimming club. I am often caught in the middle of some handicrafts project ;)
"The house is located in the Kaldnes district of Tønsberg - on the Nøtterøy side of the canal. This is a quiet residential area with little traffic or noise. With this location, you live 'close to everything,' i.e., in close proximity to the city, the sea, and the forest. Only a 10-minute walk from the city center and the pier. Teie Forest is the nearest neighbor, and Kaldnes Brygge is just down the street. There is a bus stop 200 meters from the house. 25 minutes by car to Tjøme and 'Verdens Ende,' walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. Torp Airport is about 25 minutes away by car."
