Newly renovated and peaceful apartment with a central location, right next to the tram and bus stop, metro 7 min away. Located right next to John Colletts plass, only 5 min walk from Ullevål Hospital and UiO Blindern. Grocery store, pharmacy and fitness center 2 minutes walk. Quiet residential area. A double bed (160cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm). Washing machine and dryer. Underfloor heating and balanced ventilation provide a good indoor climate.
