Centrally located in Ranheim, near highway; 10 minutes by car to Granåsen. 10 minutes by car to Værnes Trondheim AirPort. 2-5 min walk to bus stop, football fields (Extra Arena), sports halls, shop and bakery. 15 min walk to Grilstad beach and marina west, as well as 15 min walk to Hansbakken. Infrared sauna in the basement and hot tub on the terrace. Exercise equipment in the garage - treadmill, stand, barbell, weight plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and box. Car available by request.
