300 m2 large country estate with a beautifully landscaped secluded garden with a private bathing pier and boat dock.
The spacious outdoor areas invite for communal activities with multiple seating areas where one can enjoy the sea view and spectacular sunsets.
Southwest facing, with sun all day and evening.
On the 1st floor, there are two large terraces with dining areas. One from the kitchen facing south and one from the living room facing west.

Space for a total of 5-6 cars on the property, in the carport and outdoor spaces. Only a 12-minute drive to Sandefjord city center. 15-20 min. to Torp International Airport.
