And if you want even more skiing, Geilo ski destination is only half an hour away by car. The area around the cabin is a treasure trove for nature lovers. You're located at the foot of Hallingskarvet National Park, with immediate access to beautiful Skarvheimen. When the mountain pool is open, you can end the day with a visit to Hallingskarvet mountain pool, just 400 meters from the cabin (only open periodically). Ski in/ski out: There are both cross-country skiing trails and ski resorts right outside the cabin. Ski resorts nearby: approx. 2 min to Hallingskarvet Ski Center and approx. 30 min to Geilo ski destination. Meet Sverre My name is Sverre and I am a local resident & mountain man and know the surroundings very well! I am happy to give you hiking and activity tips if you wish. I have built the cabin in collaboration with a craftsman. Hobbithytta provides the ultimate cabin and nature experience. We make sure you have a fantastic stay. You are welcome.
