Det kan nesten ikke beskrives - det må oppleves. Du bor på yttersida av eventyrøya Senja. Du kommer ikke nærmere naturen - med en glassfasade på nærmere 30 kvm har du følelsen av å sitte ute mens du sitter inne. Om det er midtnattsol eller nordlys - det blir aldri kjedelig å se på havet, fjellene og dyrelivet langs Bergsfjorden. Hytta var ferdig høsten 2018 og har høy standard.
Vi bor 45 km unna, og kan komme for assistanse om det er ønskelig. Ellers er det nøkkelboks ved døra så nøkkel er lett tilgjengelig. Vi er selvfølgelig tilgjengelig på telefon.
Senja har en fantastisk natur og byr på unike turmuligheter sommer som vinter. Hytta ligger litt for seg selv, så her kan man sitte usjenert i solveggen om sommeren eller nyte nordlyset om vinteren. Det er noe spredt bebyggelse, men man har følelsen av å være nokså alene når man er på hytta. Det er fine turmuligheter til grillhytte ved Finnsætervannet, og vil man på mer krevende turer er det flere populære turmål i nærheten. Man kan komme til hytta med rutebuss fra Finnsnes, men det beste er å disponere bil. Da står man fritt til å oppleve og utforske Senja.
