Villa med 3 soverom og 3 bad (alle med dusj og ett har i tillegg badekar), 7 sengeplasser og mulighet for barneseng (0-2 år). Stor nok for 8 personer, intim nok for 2. Stor stue. TV-rom. Storslått utsikt mot sørvest, vest og nord. Vestvendte vinduer over hele kjøkkenbenken, som er mer enn 7 meter lang. Her kan du se Tromsøysundet, Tromsøbrua, Ishavskatedralen, Tromsø sentrum med bygninger og båtanløp, og fjellene på Kvaløya, Ringvassøya og flere øyer utenfor Tromsø. Her får du også midnattssola rett inn i kjøkkenet og stua. Fra de store takvinduene i stua kan du også se Fjellheisen, av og til med nordlyset flommende over hustaket. Stor spiseplass både inne og ute. Terrasser på begge sider av huset med gode solforhold. Stor hage for ballspill og lek, eller bare for å sitte ned og nyte utsikten. Gangavstand til dagligvareforretning/ kjøpesenter/kafeer/ restauranter (200 m), Fjellheisen (500 m), Ishavskatedralen (1,4 km), og Tromsø sentrum (2,6 km). Gode bussforbindelser til sentrum (5-10minutters tur) flere ganger i timen (buss nummer 26, X27 og 28). Avgiftsfri parkering for 3-5 biler.
