The Phase 2 apartments are in a newly constructed building in a quiet lane in Thamel with a very distinct and beautiful Neo Classical architecture. The nine apartments housed inside are very carefully planned and are unique and different from boring hotel rooms. Every apartment has all amenities you require including a kitchen with crockery, comfortable living/dining area, double windows to reduce noise and pollution and air-conditioning (heating/cooling).

We are a Nepali couple based in Kathmandu. Subu is an advertising and marketing professional since 1998 and owns and runs several businesses in the industry while Mala is a tourism entrepreneur. We both love the hospitality business and are very interested in interior designing. All our apartment interiors are conceptualized and designed by us using local craftsmen and repurposing many items. As hosts, we like to give our guests their privacy. Although we live about 30 minutes away from the apartments, we or our staff are always available when required but otherwise we don't bother our guests at all.

Thamel is a very touristy part of Kathmandu. Within a couple of minutes walking distance all around the apartment, you can find dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs, tour agents, ticket agents, ATM booths, shopping centers and everything else a tourist would want. The apartment is located just 20 meters in a side lane just off the main road. That gives the apartment a huge advantage in terms of peace, quiet and privacy.
