Great location for cheaper stays in 2 rooms for 3 people family or 2 friends in 2 rooms or 3 friends in 2 rooms sharing. You save some money and we get our rooms occupied. Sunny and bright 2 rooms with a bathroom is shared only if the another single room is occupied. KITCHEN use is NOT included but you can always ask for help if need something. Wifi is included.

Close to the beach, supermarket, takeaways, pub and shopping. Just walk across the road. It is a short drive to the Mount, TePuke, and Tauranga City.
