Ready to recall memories of your family holidays as a kid, in a good old kiwi bach. This cute two bedroom cottage will have you reminiscing about years gone by, as you create new memories for your children to pass on. Located on the edge of the central village, and over looking the golf course, access is convenient to all Hanmer has to offer. Be it a lazy brunch, a soak in the pools or a wander through our beautiful forest. Enjoy the summer sun in the large back yard. There is plenty of space for the kids to play hide and seek or kick a ball around while the barbie is cooking. On cooler autumn days the sun room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a book whilst catching the afternoon rays, the adjoining lounge is kept toasty warm with the pellet fire. A great space for a good old family chinwag. Relax, and unwind by watching your favourite programmes by connecting to the Chrome cast or Freeview, or perhaps watch your favourite DVD movie. Venture up the hallway to find bedroom one consisting of a queen sized bed, bedroom two which has two single beds and also a trundler complete with all the old favourites on the bookshelf, the retro kitchen with original cabinetry, the laundry,

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
