This house is ideal for those gatherings when space is important. With 9 bedrooms and 3 living areas there is plenty of room to relax and unwind. The large park like grounds are perfect for leaving the hustle and bustle behind. With the supermarket within 4 Kms, you'll have the convenience of town but the peace and quiet of the country. It's an easy drive to the airport, restaurants, the city, Mystery Creek and the Velodrome. You'll be amazed at the size of this house; every room is large, light and airy. There's lots of space for large groups but lots of nooks to have some peace and quiet as well. It's an easy commute to Hamilton City and very convenient if you are wanting to head south toward Cambridge.
I, Nicola, live in a smaller house on the property so am available if needed. I usually pop in to say hi but like to give guests their own space. I'm a mother of 5 and work in my son's roading construction company.
You probably won't want to go anywhere because the house is so well appointed. Previous groups have used the house as a base for the Velodrome, Mystery Creek and Lake Karapiro. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport.
