This home is smart, stylish and richly detailed. It is a stunning showcase for modern living. It comes elaborately packaged, has an aura of chic sophistication to allow our valued guests to enjoy the ultimate luxury and comfort. It is centrally located, tourists attractions are nearby: 12 km from Paradise Valley Springs, 15 km from Buried Village, as well as 16 km from Hell's Gate Thermal Park. Less than 3 km away from well-known internationally Polynesian Spa, 23km away from Waimangu Volcanic Valley, while Kuirau Park is 2.6 km away and the nearest airport is Rotorua Regional Airport is only 8 km away. Not forgetting some popular restaurants just around the corner, Urbano Restaurant and award-winning Oppies Restaurant. The beautiful home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious Master Bedroom 1 & 2 with en suite, generously endowed with large wardrobe and walk-in closet. 2 modern design master bathroom 1 and 2 comes with sleek glass shower cubicle along with elegant shower mixer set and matching sanitary ware adds a classy touch to the bathroom. The opulent main bath, shared bathroom, boasts appointments that impress, features a separate shower that is styled with exquisite finishing touches, such as fixtures and tile choices.
