Property information

This newly built unit may seem small from the outside, but it's packed with functionality and ready to impress. Tastefully designed, featuring a spacious double bedroom (which can be set up with either a Super King bed, or 2x King Singles) with built in wardrobes and en-suite. The kitchen, living and dining space is fully equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm, enjoy the meal and then unwind for the evening. Complete with off street parking, all within a stone's throw from town! Please note that the hot tub in this unit is set in a fenced, private outdoor area - however it is a shared facility with 2 other accommodations. Each has it's own entry into the private spa area.

Neighbourhood information

We are within walking distance (10 minutes, down a hill) of the historic Warehouse Precinct, and the many great cafes and eateries nearby. Journey only slightly further (15 minutes from the apartment) and you will find yourself in the Octagon, the main hub of the City Centre. A regular bus service runs to and from town from High Street, a 1 minute walk from the Unit.
