This beautiful property offers 3 Ensuite rooms + a Master Suite, expansive landscaped grounds, rolling green hill surrounds, solar heated pool & the peace & privacy that only a country location can offer. **NOTES: Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the entry and driveway areas. Property located on a Working Farm - Maintenance of water systems, pool, lawns & livestock (sheep, cattle, hens) requires the occasional presence of staff or owners. Guests will be consulted before any work is carried out within the vicinity of the house. Check in is available between 2pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
