Our accommodation includes two separate central heated vacation homes, situated on a cute town farm right in the city suburbs of Rotorua. A private Family Tiny House, and Affordable Holiday Home vacation cottage for larger families and groups. Rotorua Accommodation that has it all! • Peace and quiet close to Rotorua township • No sulphur smell or traffic noise • Animals to feed, learn about, & pet • Upmarket landscaped farm grounds • Child friendly with play areas & sandpit • Cottages fenced to 900mm for dogs • Lots of room for extra visitors and games • Hot spas / jacuzzi to relax in after a day sightseeing • Free WIFI Internet & Sky in cottages Enjoy the open space, clean air, birdsong, quiet bush surroundings and private lawns that are Aria’s Farm. Be welcomed by your friendly and experienced Kiwi host family at the best of Rotorua’s Accommodation, situated right within the town boundaries. Our rental homes are perfect for small families, celebrations, family gatherings, reunions, group vacations, birthdays, wedding parties, stag dos, hen’s evenings, school sports teams, mountain biking events like Enduro and Crankworx, or just for couples to get away from it all.
Active mum, sports coach, and family business manager. I enjoy trail running, triathlons, my animals, building, and travelling. Hosts live in the Lodge B&B, so may be there when you check in at the Lodge Reception. If they are not, you will be issued a code for the lockbox to do a self-checkin, and hosts will come and meet you when they return. When you have a spa, you may meet other guests as well. Otherwise there are no other guests or hosts coming into your yard space during your stay.
