This great location can walking distance of the beach in one direction and the Howick village amenities in the other. Beyond the gardens lies a house ready and waiting for your living. The floor plan maximises that all-day sun with spectacular views across the rooftops and greenery. The kitchen is modern and practical. You can also directly see the beautiful sea from the dining area. Three bathrooms complement four bedrooms. Parking with a super-size with enough area for eight cars.
From the place of residence, it only takes six minutes to walk to Picton Street, which contains a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are also supermarkets and pharmacies for necessities. And walking in the other direction, it only takes six minutes to reach the beach and get a wonderful viewing experience. And it takes only 8 minutes to drive from the accommodation to half moon bay pier, from where you can take a boat to Auckland CBD, Rakino Island and Waiheke Island. You can enjoy beautiful sea views and pleasant sea breezes along the way. The Auckland CBD has well-known attractions such as the Sky Tower, and Rakino Island and Waiheke Island are good places to travel. Auckland Airport is 23 kilometres away, and the road is very flat.
