Superbly located with just a short stroll to the golden sands of Papamoa Beach. This property has a great outdoor entertainment area overlooking the freshly landscaped courtyard. The upper level has a newly renovated spacious kitchen, lounge and the master suite is also on this level. Downstairs the second living area alongside two bedrooms, the main bathroom and separate laundry plus another bedroom. A premium opportunity in a dream location to enjoy a wonderful getaway.
