We require a proper credit card for security against the room.
If you have booked using a DEBIT CARD, you will be charged at the time of the booking regardless of your arrival date and also a bond of $300 may be requested at managements discretion on arrival.
If the card declines, you will receive a notification to update your card within 24 hours; otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.
All other bookings will be charged within 30 days of arrival.
You will be able to cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Our reception closes at 8 p.m. nightly, so if you are running late or would like to arrange key collection after 8 p.m., please call or email us prior to 8 p.m.
