Property information

"Our home is situated on a private, landscaped lifestyle block near Riverton. It is close to the beautiful Waimatuku River Mouth (5 min). 15 min from Invercargill and 12 min to Riverton. It is so quiet all you can hear are the cows mooing, birds singing, and waves crashing in the distance. Visitors always comment on waking up to birdsong. The house has two toilets. It is fully insulated and very warm and fully modernized interior with all the country charm and character intact. We have been renovating our home for over two years. All the money we earn from Bookings goes back into the house. We have redecorated the interior and are busy doing the outside now.

Neighbourhood information

The house is in the middle of the country. Your closest neighbour is 350 meters away. It is super quiet and peaceful. Yet you are still close to town for shopping etc There is a local Petrol Station nearby.
