Holiday vibe with the beach and central city restaurants in reach. Suit anyone wanting that extra little bit of space and comfort.
The second level has the main living /dining, master bedroom with en suite, and smaller bedroom. While the top story has two large bedrooms and a bathroom, along with decks and a view across Caroline Bay. Also great off-street parking and lift if required.
