Whether you're a visitor to New Zealand, in Nelson for work, or attending events at the Saxton Field Complex, you will love your stay at Citrus Grove ! With sole use of the downstairs areas of the property, you can be sure of privacy and quiet serenity. Enjoy complimentary fruit from our citrus grove, and beautiful floral displays from the garden. Soak up the sea and mountain views - either from your room (even sitting in bed!) or take a wander up to your private patio area outside - perfect to sit out for a bite to eat and a glass of your favourite tipple. In the evening watch in awe as the sunsets find you scrambling to take countless photo's!
We travel extensively ourselves, so enjoy meeting our guests, hearing about your adventures and sharing our knowledge of the Nelson area to help you have the best experience possible while you are with us.
We have fabulous views as the property is on a hill, situated centrally between Nelson and Richmond - our best advice is to have your own mode of transport, which will give you optimal independence. Explore endless miles of cycle paths on complimentary bicycles - we are perfectly positioned for you to head in either direction for your activities and sightseeing. Saxton Field Complex is a leisurely bike ride or a few minutes drive in the car - so convenient for sporting and other events held there, including the International Cricket Oval. There is a hill walk entrance adjoining the property. This leads you on a moderately easy circular walk that presents you with spectacular 360 degrees views.
