Park, golf course, Blockhouse Bay beach and bus and train stations within walking distance. Three bedrooms with a Queen bed and 2 single beds. Stylish kitchen and bathroom. Spacious living area with a separate dining. Plenty parking and a small garden. Self-checking with lockbox . 15min drive to Auckland CBD. Offering front part of the house. Fully separate from the rear part.
