Property information

Basked in all day sun this contemporary, warm house ticks all the boxes. Newly renovated with designer finishings this welcoming, open space offers tranquility and privacy. This house sleeps 8 people and the snug beds will leave you resting easy after a big day skiing or out on the lake. Lush pillows and fresh bedding, it’s a slice of paradise here. With free parking, free wifi, a heat pump and oil heaters in each room your stay already resembles relaxation and ease. A dishwasher, oven and rice cooker in the fully equipped, modern kitchen.
A washing machine, lovely warm showers in the ensuite bathroom and main bathroom, porta-cots and highchairs for families, a trampoline with safety nets and slide for kids who still have energy to burn. This alluring, characteristic unit offers comfortable sofas, open space and privacy for all guests. House 5 is just a stones throw from the town centre, cafes, shops, restaurants, ski busses, bike shops and everything else Wanaka has to offer. Just 200m from the supermarket and 300m from the lakefront, Wanaka rests on the doorstep of this delightful house. Amazingly close to town, yet so quiet and tranquil, you wont believe you are so close!

The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, sunny and close to town. The traffic is low as the area is not a ‘main thoroughfare’ zone. There is a small creek that runs through the neighbourhood. A welcoming neighbourhood, leaving everyone calm and at ease.
