A home away from home. Everything you need and want is under the one roof. A three bedroom house that includes 2 double beds and one single bed with a trundle bed for an extra person. A cot is available for the little ones if needed also. Two bathrooms which has each has a shower, basin and toilet. The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that all flow out onto a lovely sunny deck. The lounge has a big screen smart TV accompanied with two very comfortable couches and a solid coffee table. The kitchen has all the amenities that you need, including an air fryer! Coffee machine available for use but please bring your own coffee capsules and milk. The deck has a weber bbq, six seater outdoor table and chairs and it leads onto the front lawn which has a bestways swimming pool (seasonal) and a garden area. There is a washing machine available for use and a clothes horse for drying. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
The property backs on to Cornwall park which is a popular attraction for its playground, sports fields, Avery and Chinese garden. It's a lovely area to go for a light stroll or a gentle jog. The house is located only a short walk from the supermarket or town.
