Our house is a 1920s homestead which has been built upon over the years by successive owners. We purchased the property in December 2024 and plan to do the same!
We are a MM couple (35 kiwi, 29 Filipino), and we are excited to provide a safe place for people to rest while they explore Ōtautahi/Christchurch We enjoy outdoor exploring, gardening, and learning about the world. We hope to make a space that feels like home for anyone who visits.
This is a quiet safe neighbourhood but it is a 5 minute walk to a major mall and supermarket. We are a 10 minute drive to the CBD or beach and a 20 minute drive to the airport.
