Hello! we are The Groundswell Property team, on the beautiful West Coast, Raglan, NZ. Our dedicated team manages a diverse range of stunning holiday homes, accommodating groups from 1 to 18 guests. Whether you seek waterfront escapes or being in the heart of town with cafes & boutique shopping nearby, we have options to cater for every budget and need. We’d be thrilled to host you and help you explore all that our vibrant town has to offer. Sorry we are unable to host pets. There is no TV at the property, please bring your own portable devices if you wish to connect to the WiFi to watch your preferred network. Please note that access to the house is up two sets of stairs at the front of the property. Please keep this in mind guests with limited mobility. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles in the gravel driveway below the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbouring property to the right of the driveway. There is off street parking, however this is a narrow road so please be mindful. This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day. All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate. Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay. For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

Perfectly located for a 5 minute wander down to the Wharf Waterfront where you can browse the boutique retail stores, enjoy a beverage at The Wharf Cafe, pick up your evening fish & chips or jump aboard the Wahine Moe sunset cruise in summer. Raglan has something for everyone. And this home is ideally located to explore the local area. Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays. Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing. The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore.
