This modern three-story townhouse on Cranmer Square is where convenience meets comfort. Amazing cafés and restaurants, Walking to Hagley, Casino, Riverside Market, the Art Centre and more... 3 comfy bedrooms, all with private en-suites (yes, even a bathtub in the master!). Downstairs has a sleek kitchen, cozy living space & guest toilet. Single garage (not for big cars), plus free street parking after 5pm (weekdays) and 8:30 PM (weekend). Work trip, weekend escape, or foodie adventure—this is your city home.
