Our property is a spacious, modern, beautifully presented house located just 5 minutes' walking distance from the Regent shopping centre, a large supermarket, cafes, and restaurants. Regent is one of Whangarei's most sought-after suburbs due to its proximity to the city and easy access to parks and bus stops. This home includes a sizable living room, a separate kitchen/dining with access to a covered deck at the rear, and a conservatory set up as a second living area for simply relaxing. Four bedrooms have comfortable beds (the house will sleep 8), and a bathroom with a separate toilet and vanity. The 698 m2 section includes a fully fenced backyard, garage, double carport, and off-street parking. There is a camera operating down the driveway for security.
Hi there, we love this place; our daughter operated her boutique beauty business from the property. It's in a great position and very private. The property has a vanity in two of the bedrooms, air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, and one large one in the main living area. It has excellent parking and is central to the CBD. There is a camera is operating down the driveway for security.
