The property is approx 3 kms north of Waipapa, Kerikeri. Entry into the property is down a long drive and the house and swimming pool are located some distance from the road.The whole property is 4.2 acres of which 4 acres is in garden and park like setting.There are many areas that you can sit under trees and relax or have a drink.There are also 4 streams that converge onto the property that provide water for plants.
Murray has over 40 years in the hospitality business and has operated a variety of catering and event sites. Murray is also a qualified chef so requested meals are welcomed with enough notice. Janis is a keen gardener and the property keeps her very busy.
Stanners road is a selection of life style properties so no close neighbours on the fence line.We do have a native plant nursery as a neighbour so some noise during the day is unavoidable plus on some evenings they do spraying of their plants with a wetting agent and fertilizer. We are situated not too far away from some magnificent beaches, historic sites, and the Kerikeri township with its many eateries and cafes.Lots of vineyards are dotted around the area and there are plenty of water activities available out of Paihia.
