A 3 bedroom home plus large sleepout with bathroom nestled in a lovely garden setting facing north towards the Kurow Hill. Kurow is a traditional country town with lost for interesting history. We offer a comfortable place to unwind after a day of driving or biking on the Alps to Ocean (A2O) cycle trail. Theirs a convenient garage to store your Bikes and a flat driveway to park your boat. Local attractions: Waitaki and Hakataramea rivers for fly fishing. Lakes Benmore and Aviemore for those who love sailing, boating and fishing. Club ski field, Walks, Golf corse, Bike park and a winery minutes away.
Welcome to Kurow. A traditional country town which supports the local farming community. The Host is available by phone. And the Manager is close by.
Our property is located in a Quiet cul-de-sac with a wonderful view of the Kurow hill which has a walking tract to the top. The property backs onto farmland. To get around this traditional Nz country town it is best to walk, bike or drive. We are sited approx a 10 minute walk to the Main Street where you will find some lovely cafes. 2 traditional country pubs that provide great pub meals, a winery, grocery store. Due to the Alps to Ocean cycleway the town is flourishing with new shops opening. There is some wonderful scenery around the area. Rivers, lakes (3 hydro dams), mountains, as well as a golf corse, kids bike park and a club ski field
