Hi, My wife and I have a love for food, coffee, and petting random dogs. We enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. Brand new lakefront home. Features open plan living with expansive lake views. An entertainers dream, where the kitchen is designed as the social hub. This three bedroom home has polished concrete floors, and underfloor heating throughout. The log fire is ready to roar and with a glass of Central Otago's finest, why would you want to be anywhere else? Large windows frame the incredible views of Lake Dunstan and beyond. Your perfect summer and winter destination in the heart of Central Otago.
A stone’s throw to Lake Dunstan. Two minutes to a large park area. Five minutes to “old Cromwell”, where you will find shops, cafes, and restaurants. Cromwell Farmers Market If you're around on Sunday (between the last weekend October - Easter), the Cromwell Farmers Market is on between 9am - 1pm at the Old Cromwell Precinct (5mins walk). An excellent range of local and regional produce is available – direct from growers and producers – during our spring and summer growing season. Enjoy music and brunch foods and local, quality arts and crafts. Distance to other main centres 40 minute drive to Wanaka or Queenstown. A quaint little village right on the doorstep of Queenstown, Wanaka, and Alexandra. There are multiple world-class golf courses only a short drive away. If petrol is in the blood, the internationally renowned Highlands Motorsport park is a must-visit. Central Otago is famous for Pinot Noir. Spend some time visiting some of the fantastic wineries only a few minutes drive away.
