Lakefront , close to Hospital and CBD. Peacefull and quiet with no road noise. Parking for two vehicles one in a carport.Free WiFi. Indoor outdoor flow. Easy access to lake walkway.

Lake walkway , Hospital 15 minute walk, Hamilton CBD 35 minutes walk Lake walkway connects you to The Verandah Cafe an easy twenty minute walk,CBD 10 minute drive , off street parking
