Llanarth House is a lovely rural getaway, just 3km from the centre of Mosgiel and less than 20km to Dunedin and the airport. Two spacious bedrooms with a king sized bed in each. Comfy cotton sheets, and super king duvets. The kitchen is well equipped for creating home-cooked meals, including a rice cooker, air fryer, and BBQ for outdoor cooking. Relax by the fireplace in winter or use the heat pump for cooling in summer. With rural surroundings, Netflix, Freeview, books, games, and even a piano, you’ll feel right at home. We also provide some light breakfast options including farm fresh eggs, milk, bread, and plenty of teas and coffee options. We are a lifestyle property, and an unfenced section and the house is not child proof, so while not suitable for younger children, we are happy to host children over 6. Whether you’re here to explore or unwind, Llanarth House is the perfect retreat. *Please note: no laundry facilities, and no access to the garage or one hallway cupboard. House is 50m behind our family home **For single or two guests sharing one room, the second bedroom will be locked to offer a lower rate
