New renovation, stylish, functional and purpose built to enjoy a quiet getaway or perfect as a work space. Well set up for longer stays. Great location 2.kms from the spectacular Hamilton Gardens, 5 min drive to MADE , Hamilton's newest urban precinct in Hamilton East, 10 mins to CBD, 4.8km toWaikato Hospital and Waikato University is just 2.2km away. A nice stroll to the local cafe, Jack's which is a fully licensed, casual, friendly suburban cafe with spectacular coffee and delicious food
