*Lorne Apartments doesn't have an onsite reception therefore all check-in formalities are completed at 23 Thackeray street, Hamilton,3204.
*Guests arriving after 9:00 PM are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to arrange for after-hours check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
* Please note there will be a 2.5% surcharge for all credit card and PayWave payments. All international cards also incur this surcharge. There is no surcharge for cheque, savings, or EFTPOS payments (NZ Domestic Cards only).
* Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
* A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property. We shall initiate the refund on the day of departure, subject to inspection of your unit; however, it may take from 1 to 5 working days for the funds to be released into your account.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
