2 luxury private beachfront houses, with direct private access to Raumati Beach (when you book you get access to both houses - they are all yours to use - you are not sharing with anyone else). - Both houses sleep 4 in each house (one has a sofa bed in the lounge) - Both houses are fully self-contained - Use both houses or just one – great for large families or groups - Located between Raumati and Paraparaumu Beaches/Villages - Walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants and golf course - Brand new furniture, appliances, and beds as of June 2024
