I have been managing holiday homes for 12 years now and I enjoy ensuring our guests needs are met by going the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay here at one of our beautiful properties and exploring our beautiful little Raglan.

Property information

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. "Luxurious Living + Spa" is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road overlooking the Kaitoke harbour inlet, straight across the road you can access at high tide, whether it be swimming, kayaking or paddle boards (which you can hire locally). At the same time admiring "Karioi" mountain in the background, or alternatively wish to trek to the top. Enjoy a hot dip in the spa, at your leisure. Fabulous open plan living, extending onto large deck for al fresco dining BBQ facilities and dining area. Beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home perched above the harbour inlet (just walk across the road to access, at high tide). Smart 75" TV provided in lounge area with a 42" in master bedroom (chromecast so guests will need to login to their own accounts to access apps). Home boasts 3 aircon/heating units throughout. Spa for use at back of property, via main bathroom area. Washing machine and dryer for guests to use for convenience.
