Come and enjoy Mathea House. A beautiful new thoughtfully design home, warm and sunny, with a fabulous kitchen, tiled bathrooms, underfloor heating, 2 air conditioners, and great views from the upstairs deck. Enjoy the 5 minute walk to the centre of Richmond with abundant cafe's, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy all the amenities of a vibrant small town. Or down to Washbourne Gardens, just a few meters away for some quieter time. Enjoy from this place the easy travel out to see and experience all the delights of the Tasman & Nelson Region, Kaiteriteri, Golden Bay, Biking, Walking, Nelson Lakes. So much to chose from.
John & I are delighted to have finished the building project that is Mathea House. John is a builder in the transition to retirement and always has a project on the go. We both love spending time on our boat in the Marlborough Sounds, such a beautiful part of the world. Sue has many interest and enjoys time with our 4 precious grandchildren. We all really enjoy Washborne Gardens which is close by and Kimchi & Warsbi Sushi.
Richmond has lots to offer all what you would expect from a vibrant small town. Library, indoor swimming pool, picture threatre.
