With a full kitchen, dining table/desk space, heat pump/air conditioner and unlimited ultrafast Wi-Fi and Netflix, this apartment is perfect for couples and solo travelers for either business or leisure purposes.

Mt Cook is a great neighbourhood and the Nouvo apartments community is friendly, respectful, and considerate. Conveniently located midway between three supermarkets and three weekend farmers' markets, the apartment is found at the end of a beautiful 40 minute walk along the waterfront from Wellington Railway Station, or take the #1 or #23 bus for a 15 minute ride from the bus depot.
