This two story ouse boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a panoramic ocean view in EVERY room; it can slepp 10 comfortably. Blending rustic elegance with luxury and comfort, it features a soaring high ceiling with wood panels, a wood burning firepalce, a galss enclosed dinning room, a large open modern kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large wooden deck and watch the glorious sunrise over the ocean, gather at the outdoor table for a family meal to the sound of ocean and birds, and let the sound of waves rock you to sleep. This house is a dream come true and a pecfect home base to explore Orewa and the surrounding areas. The house is a 5 minute walk to Orewa beach through a walkway path, a 2 minute drive to Orewa town centre, a 8 minute drive to thermal spring, 20 minute drive to several Regional parks and wineries. The activities are limitless! Welome and enjoy!
When it comes to having fun, Orewa really delivers. Orewa is famous for its beatiful beach - 3 km of golden sand that every one enjoy. Orewa Beach is the gateway to the Hibiscus Coast and north Auckland's abundant regional escapes, and only 20 minutes north of Auckland's hourbor bridge.
