The fine print
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. Upon presentation of the credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorisation, which will place a hold of NZD 100 per night and full prepayment of the accommodation booked. Pre-paid credit cards and Debit plus Visa cards will be accepted under the terms and conditions issued by the bank or card provider. Funds available on the card should be a minimum of NZD 200 per night booked (in addition to the total payable for accommodation).
Credit Card Payment: Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments and a 4.0% surcharge will apply to payments by American Express. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by EFTPOS which will not incur a surcharge. We do not accept cash as a payment option.
Please note that parking prices are as follows: Self parking- NZD 35 per car per night.
