Enjoy a beach holiday at this cute little beach flat. Sea views, a lovely lawn and easy access to the beach. Everything you need is provided - comfy beds, a new bathroom, a full kitchen lounge. Bed linen and towels are included and there is a kayak you can use to head out for a paddle. The apartment one of two dwellings in the property. There may be guests in the upstairs of the dwelling during your stay however, the apartment is quite separate and private with its own parking and outdoor area.
We are a couple from Christchurch who spend as much time as we can at our beautiful Patons Rock house. The rest of the time we share it with others. We love the simplicity of Golden Bay and being so close to the ocean.
