Two bedroom home with all the necessities Relax on the deck and soak in the wide elevated position in the sun. Cook your own meals with all the key necessities and enjoy peace and quiet. 10 mins to Waipu village Plenty of beaches to choose from Waipu caves not much further Set on 71 acres of rolling rural country land Bush and streams to explore Kauri to view The kids can feed the ducks (and other tame birds) in the morning or evening. Sleeps 4 in beds. Fully separate cabin may be available for additional guests to sleep in - ask at time of booking. There is an additional fee for the cabin. Night skies are devoid of many lights - nearest neighbours are over
Tom and Pam are both from overseas who have been settled in NZ for many years. We enjoy pottering around on our property doing small or big jobs, growing and nurturing & generally just being relaxed. Previously living in Auckland, we wanted to get out of the city and enjoy some peaceful countryside with plenty of space. We wanted to have a home near enough to a surf beach that we can enjoy when we choose, to be away from the madding crowds and space to improve, develop and enjoy. We have space to enjoy, close enough to facilities, highways, shops and down to earth attractions (beach, walks, caves) and away from the crowds
