From the front gate to the rear sunny garden, this beautifully appointed villa is near the heart of Greytown Village situated on the main road, perfect for couples, family and friends. A three bedroom 2 bathroom house on a private spacious fully fenced property, with on-site parking. Just a casual stroll away is Greytown's Village with its renowned cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. A roaring log-fire with all firewood supplied plus Wi-Fi and 2 smart TV's. The space Picture Perfect is a warm, inviting space for families and groups of friends. Stroll over to Schoc Chocolate for a cup of yummy hot chocolate to sip on next to the cosy fire during the winter months. During the hot summer days relax on the generous deck sampling some local wine whilst enjoying the sun and peace. With 2 smart tv's and Wi-Fi plus a basketball hoop for your enjoyment. The Wairarapa area is famed for its many delightful vineyards, exceptional nature, and there are many and varied popular events throughout the year.
