The property is a 1920s 2 Storey Villa is very condition and very sunny location and central to the city and cafes and restaurants a 5 mnutes walk and the buses run really at the top of the main road into the city.
I live in Grey Lynn which is only a 5 minute walk from Ponsonby Road, the hub for all the great cafes and restaurants. I own and operate a high end fashion boutique with a made to measure service along side a Private Health Club focusing on One on One Personal Training. I have lived in the UK for 5 years and perfected my tailoring skills. I also traveled back and forth to New York for 6 years for both the Fitness and Fashion Careers. The 2 Storey Villla where i live has a great atmosphere in a very sunny location and very tranquil on the weekends. I am a very enthusiastic person and happy to do everything I can to make your stay an enjoyable one.
Grey Lynn is a vibrant neighborhood with a number of specialty stores. There is something for age groups and a very friendly vibe.
