We look forward to welcoming you to our private self-contained flat in the suburb of Queenwood. We welcome dogs upon request. This one-bedroom unit is perfect for couples, small families, and business travelers. The unit has one bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite. There is a private entrance with a separate driveway and carport. Your dog can be secure in a fenced patio and grass area. Please ensure your dogs are not left alone in the unit when you go out. Outside, behind the fence, there is a food scraps bin, a metal basket for clean glass recycling, a large black plastic bin for clean plastics and paper recycling, and a small black plastic bin for general rubbish.
I like to meet guests when they arrive to welcome you and answer any questions, but from then on I feel it's important to give you your privacy. I am available by mobile phone if you have any queries etc. during your stay.
Queenwood Avenue is a quiet, residential, tree-lined street. Local village shops just 1km walk up the road. Shops include Cafe, Takeaways, Dairy shops, Hair Salon, boutiques, Shoe Shops and health food shops. Only 5km to Hamilton's central business district and there are two large shopping centers close by, Chartwell Square and The Base. The internationally awarded Hamilton Gardens is only 8km away by car.
